News: Brian Anderson, in response to manager Ozzie Guillen saying CF would be an open competition next season, says he doesn’t mind having to fight for a 2007 job.Impact: ”If I were to hit .290 with 20 [home runs] and 80 [RBI] and I didn’t have the job next year, I would be like, ‘What the hell are you thinking?”’ Anderson said. ”But, obviously, I didn’t have that type of season.” Anderson said he doesn’t want anything handed to him.
